MS "Jump to Success"

At Jump to Success, all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students:

  1. May purchase a school planner ($10.00) and PE shirt ($10.00)

  2. Get their ID card with picture (this picture goes in the yearbook)

  3. Pick up their schedule and pre-order year books

  4. Check out their textbooks for the year. Students take textbooks home to be covered (NO sticky covers) and bring them back the first day of school

  5. You will need to print the Final Data Confirmation form during your on-line registration, initial it and bring it to Jump to Success in order to register your student

 

  • JTS will run from 8:15 am to 10:30 am

  • Begin at Station #1 when you arrive, outside the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). Station #1-B is for ASB Dance passes.

  • Bring your Jump to Success donation forms (two completed copies)

With check (made out to Plaza Vista) or exact change, (we do not accept credit cards)

  • Final Data Confirmation Forms must be completed in order to obtain your class schedules (found on-line during registration)

  • Plaza Vista ASB-Station #1-B is a separate check (for yearly dance pass)

 

Time slots are in order by GRADE then LAST name:

6th Grade: Letter A-M: 8:15 AM

Letter N-Z: 8:30 AM

7th Grade: Letter A-K: 9:00 AM

Letter L-Z: 9:15 AM

8th Grade: Letter A-K: 9:30 AM

Letter L-Z: 9:45 AM

Students’ suggested supply list will be available on our website, www.plazavista.iusd.org

ASB/Student Council will have a table set up at Station #1-B, for you to purchase Middle School dance passes for the year. 3 dances = $25.00: bring cash or make a separate check payable to Plaza Vista ASB
