ALL GRADES:  SCHOOL SUPPLIES PICK UP

Plaza Vista School will be setting out all your school projects and supplies for pick up on Monday, June 8th, 2020.  In order to keep safe distancing please follow the instructions below and only arrive during your scheduled time slots.  There will be a parking variance in effect for parking along Paseo Westpark on the “school side” of the street if needed.

Class Pick-Up Instructions

• During your allotted time please walk to the outside of your students classroom for pick ups

• There will be tables set outside the classrooms

• Your student’s items will be in a bag with their name on it

• All parents should wear a mask and gloves at pick up locations and stay 6 feet apart

• If you have more than one student please just come once and pick up all students items at the same time

• If you have library items that you were unable to return during the designated times June 2-4 there will be a box outside the front office where you can leave your books

• If you cannot make it at your scheduled time, please only come back on Tuesday, 

June 9th, between 9 am to 1 pm.  The tables will again be set outside the classroom doors.
 

Pick-up times are in alphabetical order by STUDENT’S LAST name:        

ALL GRADES: PICK UP TIMES

Letter A-E:  8:30-9:30 AM

Letter F-L:  10:00-11:00 AM

Letter P-Z:  11:30-12:30 AM
