Orchestra Winter Concert Gr 4-8

Concert schedule:

-5:45pm: 4th and 5th grade report to the MPR for tuning with Mr. Causey & Mr. Ghiassi. Leave your cases in the MPR during the performance. Parents please line up outside music building and find a seat once the doors open for audience members.

-6:15pm: 4th Grade Concert Begins in music building. 5th grade will watch 4th grade concert. 4th Grade will then remain in building for the 5th grade concert.

-6:30pm: 5th Grade Concert Begins. Middle School Students arrive at this time. Report to the MPR room to unpack and tune. Cellos will unpack on the stage in the MPR. Do not enter the music building during the elementary performances. Stay in the MPR with your instrument. No walking around outside the building.

-6:45-7:00: 15-minute break so that elementary families may exit and Middle School families to enter MPR.

-7:00pm: Middle School Concert Begins in music building: Concert Orchestra followed by Symphonic Orchestra. Both ensembles will watch the other perform.

-7:30pm: Middle School Refreshments!
