Winter Orchestra Concert (gr 4-8)

Please Join us at: Music Building: Plaza Vista k-8 School 670 Paseo Westpark Irvine, CA 92606

Concert schedule:

5:45pm: 4th and 5th grade report to the MPR for tuning with Mr. Causey & Mr. Ghiassi. Leave your cases in the MPR during the performance. Parents please line up outside the music building and find a seat once the doors open for audience members. There will be an organized line to wait in based on time of arrival.

6:15pm: 4th Grade Concert Begins in music building. 5th graders will watch the 4th graders concert. 4th Grade will then remain in the building for the 5th grade concert.

6:30pm: 5th Grade Concert Begins. Middle School Students arrive at this

time. Report to the MPR room to unpack and tune. Cellos will unpack on the stage in the MPR.

6:45-7:00: 15-minute break so that elementary families may exit and Middle

School families to enter MPR.

7:00pm: Middle School Concert Begins in music building: Concert Orchestra followed by Symphonic Orchestra.

7:30pm: Middle School Refreshments!
